Lecture notes week 3
TODO:
- Check lecture notes, and possibly be more explicit that there are N particles (now we write it as if it's only one)
- Maybe make an example that shows how Verlet improves on energy conservation. This possibly overlaps with making the example solution. Or can we do it for some still very simple system?
- Define milestones: Defintily show energy conservation. Plot kinetic and potential energy separately to see how the fluctuations cancel. Anything else?
