Lecture notes week 4
TODO:
- Explain the initial conditions and temperature better. Add plots! (maybe overlaps with making the example solution)
- Explain explicitly that we compute a thermodynamic average through a time-average of observables. Could also help to emphasize that e.g. pressure at time t does not have a precise physical meaning, only the average. Add derivations or references for the observables.
- Define milestones. E.g. show how temperature converges. Be aware that there is an equilibration time, and you should only "measure" after that.
