Week 3 and 4

Arno requested to merge week3and4 into master

Modified week 3 and 4. Week 3 is made a tad more descriptive and an example for Euler vs Verlet was added. Week 4 was expanded in almost all of the sections, although the pressure and Cv could still do with something extra.

Milestones were added for both weeks.
