Wraparound fails to keep some symmetries on a complicated lattice

Demonstration for graphene lattice case for system with 2D translational symmetry and rectangular unit cell:

Wraparound works for two directions and with keeping one of them, but fails with another with KeyError, related to not finding a site.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
