Improve representation of PointGroupElements

Currently PointGroupElements are displayed in a rather cryptic way. It takes familiarity to remember which order the "antisymmetry" and "conjugate" flags are provided.

This could be easily improved with a better representation.

We could also add __html__ (or whatever the modern equivalent is) to hook in to the Jupyter display system
