Setting the hostname in the container does nothing
running hostname <whatever>
from inside a container results in an error:
hostname: you must be root to change the host name
This is apparently because the hostnames are used by docker for its networking.
Given this, we should probably remove at least setting the hostname in startup.sh
.
If we want people to have a "cool" prompt tinkerer@io
then we can just manually alter the PS1
environment variable from within startup.sh
or something
