new version of mysql requires an upgrade
I've updated the dependency versions (trying to see if new pikepdf fixed an issue with accessing metadata).
This bumped mysql to 8.0.20, and resulted in all instances failing to start with this in mysql logs:
2020-07-06T08:24:02.529226Z 1 [System] [MY-011012] [Server] Starting upgrade of data directory. 2020-07-06T08:24:02.529478Z 1 [System] [MY-013576] [InnoDB] InnoDB initialization has started. 2020-07-06T08:24:02.694949Z 1 [ERROR] [MY-012526] [InnoDB] Upgrade after a crash is not supported. This redo log was created with MySQL 5.7.20. Please follow the instructions at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/upgrading.html 2020-07-06T08:24:02.695082Z 1 [ERROR] [MY-012930] [InnoDB] Plugin initialization aborted with error Generic error. 2020-07-06T08:24:02.695979Z 1 [ERROR] [MY-011013] [Server] Failed to initialize DD Storage Engine. 2020-07-06T08:24:02.696408Z 0 [ERROR] [MY-010020] [Server] Data Dictionary initialization failed. 2020-07-06T08:24:02.696856Z 0 [ERROR] [MY-010119] [Server] Aborting
For now I'll pin mysql to 5.7.20 (hi semver).
