Pipeline

Just to start the discussion about gitlab pipeline.

Pipeline are not working since many month. The raised problems are mostly about import of kwant_spectrum and some local module. Both package test and doc building are not working.

I try to repair but do not find quick solution.

Should we suppress them as @cwg suggested ? Should we repair them ?
