Add 3D crystal plots ex 1, 2 (lecture 9)

Can you also try to add bonds to the diamond structure?

Also about diamond: we don't have to use the grayscale, and gray is somewhat on the dull side.

@joana.fraxanet can you also try replacing the FCC figure (the one showing the relation of FCC to the layer packing)?

Finally, we should also remove the unused images that we borrowed from the book.
