Implementation kwant_indices

To build the poisson problem, the add_kwant_system function is now used, this simplifies the link between pescado and kwant. PROBLEM: jupyter notebook kernel seems to die when systems with smaller grid are made. Probably not related to the changes but due to memory issues on the computer.
