Implement `streamplot`

This will require perhaps more sophisticated parts of the plotly API.

We should consider how to make the visualization work in both 2D and 3D in plotly (the matplotlib backend will be limited to 2D).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
