Add tutorial on how to transform operators

It would be good to add a tutorial on how to use cauchy_dot_product to transform operators. This would require defining another API function, such that a BlockSeries is created in the same basis that the Hamiltonian was projected. As an example, we could use U to transform a collapse operator in a masters equation, or transform a density matrix.
