Switch to python-mumps

I've made some progress reanimating a standalone MUMPS wrapper https://gitlab.kwant-project.org/kwant/python-mumps/, which might even work on windows eventually. It also wraps non-complex solvers and will have a simpler interface. Therefore we should consider switching once it is released.
