Identify blank solutions

We would like to be able to pre grade unanswered questions. These questions should automatically be assigned the feedback option blank. in order to achieve this we need a few extra features

• Default feedback options
• Visual identification of blank solutions
• Pregrade step adding feedback when a blank solution is uploaded To increase workflow but currenlty out of scope
• create a filter in the grade page allowing you to just see questions with specific feedback.
