suggestion: use micromamba environment for every user separately
As suggested by @anton-akhmerov, we could generate a lightweight env for each user separately with tools like micromamba which wouldn't take much to install. That would reduce the dependence of the dask-qt's reliance on a single centralized virtual environment.
Additionally, the micromamba implementation could check and compare the versions of hc05 and research-docker, and update accordingly in case of version mismatch.
