Toggle pregrading options

The user should have a set of options to automatically check pre-graded multiple choice questions. The user should specify that either:

1. The options selected are pre-graded without a manual check, OR
2. The options selected need to be manually checked

Ideas for options to automatically approve:

• All solutions
• The student has nothing filled in
• The student has filled in nothing or one answer

The pre-graded answers should be graded under a grader with the name 'Zesje'
