Add problem title automatically

Selecting a problem in an exam now adds the title of the question.

Closes #50 (closed)

TODO:

• Check for title between a problem and the problem above it
• Check for the title below the student widget for the first problem
• Check the top of the page for a problem with no problem above it
• Move app_config
• Check from bottom of currently selected problem instead of top
