Add frequent fix for PolicyErrors due to ImageMagick

Since all our group users ran into this issue we assume it is rather common; I propose we add it as a common fix rather than making users search for a solution when it has already been solved.

Note that the issue seems to be with ImageMagick's configuration out of the box.
