Improvements for exam editor panel

This MR changes/improves the following:

• Remove the generate button (closes #431 (closed)).
• The copies are now generated and downloaded in a single request.
• Make all switches the same color and style.
• Make the problem name input full width.
• Make the page navigation full width.
• Removes outdated styling for the problem helper text.
