Matplotlib deprecation warning
With matplotlib 2.2 I see a whole lot of these when building the tutorial:
miniconda3/envs/main/lib/python3.6/site-packages/matplotlib/axes/_base.py:1400: MatplotlibDeprecationWarning: The 'box-forced' keyword argument is deprecated since 2.2.
" since 2.2.", cbook.mplDeprecation)
Probably makes sense to include in patch release.
Also there's:
magnetic_texture.py:130: FutureWarning: Using a non-tuple sequence for multidimensional indexing is deprecated; use `arr[tuple(seq)]` instead of `arr[seq]`. In the future this will be interpreted as an array index, `arr[np.array(seq)]`, which will result either in an error or a different result.
and
discretize.py:164: KwantDeprecationWarning: The "grid_spacing" parameter is deprecated. Use "grid" instead.
template = kwant.continuum.discretize(hamiltonian, grid_spacing=a)
and
/home/anton/miniconda3/envs/main/lib/python3.6/site-packages/numpy/matrixlib/defmatrix.py:68: PendingDeprecationWarning: the matrix subclass is not the recommended way to represent matrices or deal with linear algebra (see https://docs.scipy.org/doc/numpy/user/numpy-for-matlab-users.html). Please adjust your code to use regular ndarray.
