Group format

Dániel Varjas requested to merge group_format into master

Implemented the changes to the GroupElement and Symmetry classes outlined here. Kept legacy parameters tx and ty, act() and to_unit_cell() are changed to emulate old behaviour, so all tests (except for a few that were removed) pass.
