Currently we secure deployments using auth enforced by the
frontend server + .htaccess.

make app configuration more systematic · b871f7ca

Now app configuration is provided by a file, the path to which can
be set with the environment variable 'ZESJE_SETTINGS' when running
zesje.

Also, we now configure a 'data' directory, and instantiate the
database in there, rather than in tha app folders.
