Create function for going from tb format to Kwant system
Currently we have helper function for creating a hopping dictionary from a Kwant system. It would be useful to also have a function of going the other way around, from a hopping dictionary to a Kwant system. Such that solutions can be put back into Kwant. This would then also make it easy to plot the system and or do all Kwant operations with it.
